Will my on-site registration include a t-shirt and pin? |

No, these items may be purchased separately WHILE SUPPLIES LAST. They are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. |

Is there security for the bikes? |
| A. |
Yes, the hotels have security however additional security will be on hand during evening hours. |

Will there be field events? |
| A. |
Yes, our event coordinator has done events in the past and is putting together some fantastic events for you to participate in. |

Why would I want to attend this rally instead of another state rally? |
| A. |
Unlike any other rally, 2010 will restructure the thoughts of those planning future rallies along with making it exciting, fun, relaxing, cost effective and over the top with regards to events. |

If I am unable to attend the event after I've registered, can someone pick up my registration package? |
| A. |
Yes, however they cannot pick up your armband. Everything else will be given to that person. NOTE: Package pick-up must occur prior to 10:00am on Saturday, June 26, 2010. |

What if we have a mechanical problem with our bike, will there be dealers to assist? |
| A. |
Southside Harley-Davidson and Hampton Roads Harley-Davidson will be there to assist. |

Is Virginia a Helmet Law State? |
| A. |
Yes, Virginia is a helmet law state. Both driver and passengers must wear helmets. |

What if I arrive at the rally and registration is closed? |
| A. |
Present your picture ID and National H.O.G. Membership card for verification against our pre-registered attendee list. If listed, you'll be allowed into any events going on until you can get into registration the next day to pick up your registration package. |

Will there be events for children? |
| A. |
Yes, we will have games for the children and a game room area is located at the host hotel.

Do I have to be a H.O.G. member to attend the rally? |
| A. |
Yes, you need to be a National H.O.G. member, or a guest of a National
H.O.G. member. Associate H.O.G. members should register as members. |

What if I have questions that are not answered on the website? |
| A. |
Simply call (757) 471-3669. If no answer leave a name and phone number and calls will be returned within 24 hours. |

Where can I register? |
| A. |
You can register online (www.vastatehogrally.com), download the form and mail in the form and payment or call (757) 471-3669 to have a form mailed or faxed to you. You may also check with your local Harley-Davidson Dealership, as forms will be available there. |

Will it be safe to register online with my credit card? |
| A. |
Yes, H.O.G. uses VeriSign to validate the security of the online registration process. You can feel safe in using your credit card to register for the rally. |

Does everyone need to wear a wristband? |
| A. |
Yes, a wristband is required to enter the Rally site. All members and guests must have a wristband. NOTE: the wristband must be put onto the attendee's wrist in Registration. We are not allowed to give anyone a wristband for someone else that is not in physical attendance at Registration. |

Now I've pre-registered and I cannot attend, am I eligible for a refund? |

No, we are sorry but all pre-registered fees are non-refundable. Unclaimed rally packets will not be mailed. If you are unable to attend the rally, send a friend to our registration area and they'll be allowed to pick up your packet prior to 10:00am on Saturday, June 26, 2010. |

Is my pre-registration transferable? |

No, admission is not transferable and cannot be re-sold. This is a closed event and only National H.O.G. members and/or specific guests may enter under the registrant's name. |

Is there a Hot Tub and Pools? |
| A. |
There is an indoor pool for your enjoyment at the Host Hotel. |

Is the Rally open to the public? |
| A. |
The Rally is a private event held for currently registered H.O.G. members only. Associate H.O.G. members should register as a member. |
