Do I have to register for the Rally? |

Yes, all attendees must either pre-register or you may register on site however this cost is more. |

When will I be able to make lodging reservations for the Rally? |
| A. |
Hotel reservations for the 2013 Virginia State HOG Rally will open at 9:00 am on Monday, November 12, 2012. Please see the lodging section of the website for a list of the hotels that have blocked rooms for the Rally dates (27-29 June 2013) |

Is there anything special for HOG Life Members? |

We are working on putting together something special for Life Members, check back or check the rally schedule for details. |

Will there be field events? |

Yes, our events coordinator will be putting together the events. Please check the rally schedule for details. |

Why would I want to attend this rally instead of another state rally? |
| A. |
We are kicking off the Rumblin Rails Rally to begin the celebration of HOG's 30th Anniversary and the 110th Birthday Celebration of Harley Davidson Motor Company. |

If I pre-register for the rally will this include anything? |
| A. |
Your rally pin, closing ceremonies dinner and a "special" item from one of our great sponsors. This is a surprise. |

If I am unable to attend the rally after I have registered can someone pick up my registration package? |

Yes they can, however they cannot obtain your wristband. |

Is Virginia a helmet law state? |
| A. |
Yes, you must wear a helmet at all times while operating a motorcycle in Virginia. |

Are the hotels listed on your website close by to each other? |
| A. |
Each of the hotels - first four on the lodging section are within walking distance to each other and all the events that will be happening at the Host Hotel. |

Will any refreshments be provided if I am a volunteer? |
| A. |
As a volunteer you will be provided refreshments, pin or patch and be given a ticket for special drawings thru out the rally just for volunteer's. |

What if I have questions and cannot find the answers on the website? |

You may call 757-471-3669 and speak with the Rally Coordinator direct, Jo Ann Emmons. I will be glad to assist in any way possible. |

Is my pre-registration transferrable? |
| A. |
No, we are sorry but all pre-registered fees are non-refundable. Unclaimed rally packets will not be mailed. If you are unable to tattend the rally, please have someone pick up your package. If no one is available you can contact the Rally Coordinator to have your package set aside for pick up at a later date. Your chapter director would be a good person to reach out to for pick up if possible. |

Will the host hotel allow pets? |

The host hotel will not. You can check the policy for the other hotels on our lodging section for their policy. |

Is there a Chapter Challenge at the rally? |
| A. |
Yes, as details are put together we will put this information on our schedule section. |

Is the Rally open to the public? |
| A. |
The rally itself is closed to the public except for certain events taking place such as the "Down town Street Party" which will be held in downtown Roanoke. |

How is the hospitality suite awarded? |
| A. |
The Hospitality Suite will be given to the Chapter with the most Pre-Registered for the rally. The cut off date for pre-registration is May 9th. On site registrations do not count towards the Hospitality Suite. |

Will I receive confirmation of my pre-registration? |
| A. |
Once you register on line you will receive an email confirmation. A copy of this is also sent to our registration coordinator. You will not be requied to bring this with you to check in. |

Do I need my National HOG Card? |
| A. |
Yes, you will need your HOG Card upon check in for verification of your HOG Number / membership. |
